Our Smart Sprouts Home-Based Program allows qualified educators and caregivers to run a fully licensed Smart Sprouts Learning & Language Academy right from their own home — with the full support, training, and curriculum from our team.

This is not a franchise or independent childcare business. Home-based operators are employees of Smart Sprouts, following our proven curriculum, quality standards, and safety protocols. We handle the licensing, training, and ongoing operational support — you focus on creating a safe, engaging, and multilingual learning environment for children in your community.

To join the Sprout House program, you must meet Smart Sprouts’ quality and care standards, which include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field (preferred).
   
  • If your degree is in a related field, you must obtain your Child Development Associate (CDA) credential within 6 months of hire.
     
• Experience working with children is preferred.
   
• Ability to pass background checks and meet the Sprout House operational and educational standards.
   
• Compliance with all state licensing requirements.
